The body of the solenoid valve is made of an technical plastic (polymer). Plastic solenoid valves are electromechanical devices used to automatically control the flow of liquids or gases. Made from durable polymers like PVC, Nylon, Polypropylene, or PVDF, they offer excellent resistance to corrosion, chemicals, and rust at a fraction of the cost of brass or stainless steel.

The technical plastic (polymer) we most commonly use for manufacturing solenoid valve bodies is polyamide filled with 30% glass fibers for additional body strength (PA 6).
